  • Kathi McGregor, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) +

    Kathi oversees the research, quality assurance, and project management staffs, as well as project teams, for MDxI. Responsible for study design, she specializes in finding hybrid approaches to contacting difficult-to-reach groups and offers invaluable experience as a client-side researcher.

    With 20 years of experience in market research, Kathi has personally managed more than 1,000 research projects ranging in size from 12 to 31,000 respondents, timelines of two days to one year, and individual project budgets of up to $2.5 million.

    Her experience includes:
    • Eleven years as President/Director of Operations at NOVO 1 Research, before co-founding MDxI
    • Six years as a Consumer Research Manager at The Southland Corporation, where she was responsible for projects including customer satisfaction, concept testing, positioning, advertising copy testing/pre-testing, and taste-test research
    • Two years managing Maritz Marketing Research’s Dallas field office (QCS/Delve), one of the largest independent field supplier companies in the Market Research industry
    Kathi received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Houston and previously spent 11 years in consumer electronics, where she held positions in sales, training and merchandising.
  • Tammy Keller, Chief Operating Officer +

    Tammy supervises MDxI's project management and data collection efforts. Her duties include sample management, training, monitoring, and quality control. She ensures that all project materials meet the company's quality standards and the client's research objectives. Tammy has certification in the Principles of Market Research through the University of Georgia. She has served MDxI for nearly a decade, and previously had more than 20 years of management experience.
  • Sarah Eaton, Senior Vice President, Client Services +

    Sarah leads a team of research professionals responsible for all aspects of data management, including data editing, cleaning, coding, and tabulating, as well as statistical analysis and testing. In addition to data management, Sarah oversees the reporting and interpretation of research data.

    Sarah joined MDxI in 2005 with more than a decade of client-side experience in primary research with GTE (Verizon), JCPenney/AEGON Financial Services, and Brinker International. She has managed numerous quantitative and qualitative studies, including:
    • customer and employee satisfaction
    • product development
    • brand/image assessment and tracking
    • advertising testing
    • brand/product awareness
    • trial and usage studies
    • an array of ad-hoc retail customer experience studies
    Sarah has a BBA in Marketing from Texas Tech University, an MBA in Marketing from Amberton University, and certification in the Principles of Marketing Research through the University of Georgia and Marketing Research Association.
